CPU-Z supports the new Intel Sandy Bridge processors
October 01, 2010 - 08:09:53
shows the beta is expired.
We try the I7 2600 CPU, but the CPUz show I7 2600k.
It is wrong messge to test.
Do you release new tool to fix the problem?
Thank you.
Dear CPUID:
How to contact with you directly??
Sandy bridg will be 1155 not 1156 , the sandy bridge will also release a 2011 socket as well... they will replace the 1156/1336 sockets and are not cross compatible.
Welcome to AIDA64
October 10, 2010 - 00:05:48
Wow, I can't believe they just gave up Lavalys and created FinalWire. But it's alright, their AIDA64 is much better than EVEREST Ultimate.
I also enjoy using CPU-Z and other stuff but I would definitely use AIDA64 Extreme Engineer more tha

Is there a portable self-extract version of this?
And will it work with older generations of computers?
i like the way this version is colored. makes it pop off the screen. looks great
Is there an portable edition avaiable?
Nice work!thx for sharing this with the users!!!
Nice work!thx for sharing this with the users!!!
Thanks for releasing this new version, too, but I'm unhappy, NO Core Voltage is displayed with my hardware. :-(
MB: Asus Rampage II extreme ROG, Bios 1914
CPU: Intel Xeon W3520
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate
Thanks for the download. not being computer savy it give me lot's of easy to read info.
so i can now trace the mother board makers and have some idea what they are talking about.
Vic
thanks this 100% works for me.
its very good soft
It seems that the application freezes the computer if the microprocessor is a Pentium III Xeon. Very old processo indeed, but still used here
thanks!! good work...
Yes you can validate with this version. Follow the bouncing ball and you will get it done. If you need confirmation look up 1656204. Worked perfectly fine imho. The only change to the program was the skin.
This version looks great. However, the voltage reading for my cpu doesn't work. It always reports 1.3v, where as I have 1.45v set in my bios.
Anyone where to get the binaries? Or is it install only?
can you update the rog version that it shows TDP as normal CPUZ 1.57 version?
thanks for a program like this killer program sent it to all my gamer friends!
NICE
I have a Gigabyte MoBo with a i7-2600 CPU. @ 3.4GHz. When I run CPU-Z (x64 latest version) the core frequency shows half the specified. Running i.e. the performance assesment of Win7-SP1, at the same time, than for some tests the frequency goes up to the
Ok, meanwhile I got the answer myself. It is a feature from INTEL for power saving. If the cpu is idle it turns down the frequency. I just disabled the feature via BIOS and it shows now the specified frequency.
Now there is the next issue:
hi awesome piece of work always loved cpuz and hwmonitor as a previous crosshair III formular 1090t user and no rampage III extreme 980x this is priceless and fitting with rog however my cpu displays as

Nice skin, neat to see vendors picking up CPUID and customizing it as a utility for their products. However, voltage is not reported (greyed out) on 1.57 of CPU-Z... this is true whether it is 1.57 of the ROG skinned version or 1.57 of the general releas
